Narayan Das Agarwal is a co-founder and Director (Technical) of Vibgyor Masterbatches P Ltd and Vision Textiles P Ltd. He has done Chemical Engineering from HBTI, Kanpur in 1969. Prior to starting Vibgyor in 1996 he has worked in many Private, Government and Semi-Government Organisations across India. His interest areas are Plastic Processing and Technical Textiles.
Rohit Agarwal is a CEO and Director of Vibgyor Masterbatches P Ltd and Vision Textiles P Ltd. He has done MBA.
Amarnath Agarwal , Western region Sales head. He has done BSc., CAIIB and having 40 years of experience in Banking and Finance. In bank he has held many managerial and administrative positions and retired in 2015 from a Senior position. Now he is settled in Mumbai and got involved in family business.

Aditya, representing the next generation of leadership, joined the family business after completing his Engineering degree from the prestigious Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai. With a fresh outlook and renewed energy, he aimed to expand the company’s horizons by diversifying the product portfolio.
Recognizing the growing importance of efficient irrigation in agriculture, he introduced flexible, durable, and cost-effective fabric pipes—brought to Chhattisgarh for the first time. Leveraging the company’s existing infrastructure, successful trials were conducted, leading to this key addition to our product portfolio.
